  I need to share some amazing customer service that I received at this location by Tracy. This experience is from May 2017 and I never forgot it even though it took me this long to write the review. I had gone to shop for some things we needed for the nursery of our newborn baby and I had her with me so the shopping was a bit of a challenge but successful anyway. However, once I got home I had realized that I was overcharged for an item. I live about an hour away from the store so driving back for the refund would have been very inconvenient and not really worth it. I called the store to see if they could help me anyway. As it turned out, the item had been wrongly labelled so I really wasn't overcharged afterall. That said, the store honoured the labelled price AND Tracy MAILED me a gift card to make up the difference that I was overcharged so I wouldn't have to drive back. She included a card and a very nice note thanking me for my patience and understanding. I really didn't think that customer service like this existed anymore, especially at a big box store. I was extremely impressed!
