  Store is okay... looks a little dirty for me. I would highly advise against ordering online from them. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. First off, if the order is expensive enough, they leave the order as "order being processed". After 2 days of this I called them, she explained I need to call another random # so they can verify my information since the order was over $1500. I called the #, you leave a voicemail & someone will call you back. I received a call within 30 mins only to tell me that my information has already been verified. Okay- that was fine. I immediately received an email order confirmation, and that shipping email confirmation would follow shortly. After another 2 business days, I finally received my shipping confirmation, and that it would be delivered by the end of the following business day. When I did not receive my order that day, I called Fedex to ask what was going on. They explained to me that the shipping label was created but that Bed, Bath & Beyond had not release my item, so they could not pick it up from them and deliver to me. I had to call BBB numerous times, 5 to be exact, to ask them repeatedly to release my order. After another 4 business days, the order was finally shipped.... which is my next complaint. The customer service and shipping with Fedex. How terrible. I would highly recommend purchasing your item in store if you can, or arrange for store pick up. If not - arrange through Fedex to have your parcel picked up at the main distribution centre. What a complete nightmare!!!!
