  I agree- I bought a supposed high end sectional for $5000 from this company. It is down filled and started losing feathers immediately. Then the fabric started to pill - all of this within 2 weeks of arrival. What's more is they don't care- they tell you the migration of feathers and pilling is normal!! I am still dealing with the furniture store I bought it through on trying to resolve and get a refund. I was really close to buying Pottery Barn but thought I would try to stay Canadian.... what a huge disappointment. Definitely steer clear of this manufacturer.

  Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. They do not stand behind their products. We purchase a supposed high end leather family room set from therm. After less than 18 months the color has come off the leather furniture in spots. We upgraded to a top of the line leather which on sale was just under $6,000. They don't stand behind their products. At least when you buy from Sealy or Lazy Boy they stand behind their products. I hope this review prevents at least one person from making the same mistake we did. I've got cheap leather furniture which looks better 12 years later than this supposed high end set 18 months later. The furniture is substandard and low end.
