  I purchased tiles for all the washrooms at my renovated house and I did the pick up myself. The pros/cons will help you to deal with them properly. Pros - huge selection of tiles (they got 2 stores) - prices are great - customer service tries to be genours when they releazed they messed up Cons - horrible with inventory control **I picked up my tiles a week after purchase, and they sold out on one of the tiles I purchase so they gave me couple other similar options to pick from which worked out very well **So make sure to pick up your tiles when you purchase them to avoid disappointment - wrong orders (receipts) **They charged me full price but missed giving me the pink slip for one of the tiles but after a long investigation, they figured out they messed up and gave me my tiles **So make sure to check your receipt with all the tiles and the right amount before purchase - unorganized inventory between the 2 stores **At pick up count the tiles and make sure you got all the tiles.
