  Worst service I have ever received from a retail location. Nobody knows what they're doing, employees speak to you as if they're doing you a favour, they don't even tell you that you have reached Party City when you call, and the customer flow for cash is poorly organized. Forget about seeing a smile at this place. I hate that I have to keep coming back here because their selection and products are great.

  The low rating to this store is due to an incredible mistake they made on arranging the surprise reveal party of my pregnant niece. They were given a sealed envelope with the sex of the baby and everything was prepared in time except that the wrong sex color of balloons were set up. My pregnant niece , her husband and their toddler all celebrated the new baby to come with friends and family, just to learn the next day that the sex of the baby was different while opening their copy of Doctor's documents. The attendant who prepared the balloons insisted on keeping the receipt of transaction.
