Unfortunately when dealing with one of the other owner's Renato he is extremely rude and seriously lacks etiquette. If you are not a repeat customer he will tell you that he cannot help you unless you spend a certain amount, I cannot believe he has the audacity to tell people this, his secretary or whoever is the woman who answers the phone is also very rude. I really wonder how this company is even in business, I would never treat my client or any new clients in this manner. Very disappointing to say the least.
