  I was told by employees and as stated by the Brick website that they do price match. I found the same Washer/Dryer online at a competitor for a cheaper price ($220 Less for an $1900 pair). I was told by the sales person the manager would not match it. I asked to speak to the manager in person. The manager was very rude and unfriendly. He stated that the price we found at the Canadian Appliance store was below the price The Brick purchases it so they would not price match. When we called earlier that day to confirm we were assured that if the item number matched and was the same they would match the price. We were very disappointing with the store manager. He told us we should go there and purchase it at the Canadian Appliance Store. As we went outside we called the other store and purchased it over the phone by the time we got to our car. I have purchased a living room set and other items from this store in past years, but after this experience with the Store Manager I will not be returning. I spoke with customer service both in store and head office, and was told store manager has the last word and they cant help.
