  Thank you, thank you, thank you Sally!! We love our table and chair set and you made the entire purchasing process super easy for us. You were so easy to work with and you always answered our calls and emails quick. This was the first store we walked into and did not have sales people chasing us around. We also greatly appreciate you accommodating our delivery date change very easily. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Even the delivery team was super studious and accommodating. We absolutely love Best Brand and their amazing team.

  This company is a nightmare to deal with. I purchase approximately $40 000.00 of appliances from them. They were all Jen-Air branded items. After waiting for many months I still do not have the hood cover that fits over the hood leading up to 10 feet high ceiling. Their customer service sucks. Their installer had a bad attitude and found every excuse not to complete our install. The warmer drawer still pops out when we use it. The stop top is not aligned, the hood has not been properly installed. I had a lot of faith in Jen-Air because I saw products made by them in Florida and thought that it would work for me. But Jen-Air Canada is obviously not like their USA branch. It was really a frustrating experience dealing with Best Brand. I now deeply regret my decision to purchase Jen-Air or deal with Best Brand.
