  How about 0 stars? I don't know if it's this location but wow are the people who work here really that uneducated!? For 2 days I was trying to call these people and for 2 days the line was busy. They literally keep the phone off the hook and pretend they are busy... Anyways I USED to be a very good customer of theirs. I bought a jacket from the Vaughan mills store, a few days later I went to return it and the manager told me I didn't get the jacket from aritzia. She told me that the numbers don't match the receipt to the jacket. I wouldn't leave the store until she was convinced I bought it from there. Can you believe that? I had to convince her. (I was in there for about a half an hour) I explained to her that it's not my fault if THEY didn't put the correct item numbers on the jacket.. She was very rude and an ignoramus. Disgusting. Smarten up little girls.
