  Went in to return an item and waited in line for 20 min. But that's not the end of it the Cashier named Danette. Was thoroughly inspecting the item I was returning. So I asked her what the need of the inspection was for items that have a reciept and tags attached and she replied it's protocal. But she didn't do the same protocal to the 2 customers ahead of me. Also when I purchased over $200 on the past Saturday she was looking inside the 2 pairs of shoes and was scanning each item in the Inventory gun. This is when I brought it up to her and said this is the second time you are repeating this behavior with me. What is the problem you jave with me in particular. She ignored the question and wasn't giving me any eye contact. Is talking about me to her associate and saying "this is how they are". At that time after my refund and everything that happened I was extremely frustrated and left the cash without taking my reciept. She then has the audacity and ignorance to yell out for me to come get my reciept in case I have another return. So I ask to speak to a Manager on duty and her ASM shows named Paola and has the most disgusting and miserable attitude. As I am explaining the mistreatment I received and prejudice. She is giving me attitude and telling me not to point at her. So I told her if she deals with customers like so I shouldn't be surprised with how her associates talk to customers because at the end of the day that's there rolemodel. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go shop at this location very unprofessional, judgemental, and rude.

  If there were a place to rate this store 0 stars that would more than fair. The customer service is horrendous, the manager on duty even worse full of attitude. Poor poor service and the store is filthy to boot. A disgusting mess. I do not write reviews that are not positive lightly however there are no words at how poorly my concern has been handled.
