  I needed to get visas for an upcoming trip and the embassy was in Washington DC. Kia and Farhad were absolutely incredible in assisting me in geyting my passports there and back safely. They went the extra mile when there were complications in pickup in the US, and Farhad called the embassy multiple times to resolve my issue. This is a great team, very customer focused and they CARE about their customers! Many thanks, Farhad!

  Worst experience ever! I check the status of my order and it says delivered but I got no package nor a note on my door. Now after spending hours with their customer service I was informed that “The Helper” of the UPS Driver dropped off the item and the main person responsible (The Driver) was not even aware of where the item was dropped off. I even paid extra for their express shipping because I needed my package for a deadline and now they are telling me it takes 8-10 days just for investigations. Absolutely ridiculous! Never using UPS ever again, you shouldn’t either!
