  When I see positive comments on here it makes me laugh, I wonder how much Toys R Us pay people to post nice messages. I’ve been going to Toy R Us for years even before having a child and it’s always been miserable it doesn’t matter what location I go to. Never anyone available and when you do get someone it’s always a rushed experience. If you call, omg please refrain from calling because you get hung up on at every location except the Barrie location. And if you keep calling they take the phone off the line. When you need to check store inventory they always tell you it’s not accurate. I sure as heck don’t have the answer so if they don’t, who does? It’s really ridiculous. Especially when you have a child and to lugg them around to multiple locations to be sure if an item is in stock is just ridiculous! Common Toy R Us step up your game! Please!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Not a happy customer!
