  We are returned customers who have nothing to say but great things about the service We got from Mike. He helped us with everything we needed. We were supposed to pick up out floor, which was taking up space at his warehouse, but could not do it on time, and he was kind enough to wait for us to be ready. We would recommend his business without a doubt. Floor quality is exceptional. It looks great in our condo. We will definitely go back for our future projects.

  Went to this establishment with my boyfriend, a couple of days ago, to look at carpet samples and ask for assistance. Upon entering we saw one guy on the phone at the front of the shop. HE SAW US CLEARY. Looked right at us. A second guy, who we couldn't see, but clearly heard, was in the back of the shop - yelling and screaming and swearing on the phone. My boyfriend and I walked around the premises - one word - dump! Samples all over the place and scattered on the floor. The guy at the front of the store eventually finished his phone call, saw that we were walking around his shop, and turned and walked to the back of the shop, without a single word to us. Needless to say - we left. Would never set foot in there again. Disgraceful !
