This PC plus shoppers optimum merger has been a fiasco. And now I have two cards. And the thing that pissed me off the most was that she decided to argue with me about it. Honey I get it. You weren't properly trained on any of it, but for God's sake don't argue with the customer. I had already given up there was no point in trying to tell me how I was wrong when it was so painfully clear you don't know that Loblaws and shoppers are now one company. Will never return to this store. Seriously considering never returning to shoppers period. Just really stupid.
