  If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Duped us into a Q7 that had more issues with it than I can name. Sold us a $4000 Audi bumper to bumper warranty that covered absolutely nothing. Worst dealership and vehicle ever purchased despite trying to talk reasonably with manager. Incredibly unprofessional and would suggest dealing with anyone elzeotjer than his dealership. The car needless to say. Lost thousands and thousands on it. "Nothing was their fault". Stay away!!!!!!!///

  Exceptional Dealership from a service perspective. I have an Audi A6 which I did not buy from Pfaff but they deliver with the utmost level of service every time I visit which is why I chose to stay loyal to Pfaff. Thus far they have ensured that any and all issues I've had with my car is dealt with swiftly. The service team, specifically Joe is amazing. They take the time to understand issues and are always ready with answers. They make the service process a breeze. I've tried a couple of other dealerships around the GTA and in my opinion Pfaff is at the pinnacle. Continue to do what you do and keep up the good work. I'll be sure to purchase my next car with these guys.
