  The plaza where the store is, the parking lot is crazy. So hard to find a spot. The store inside is really cramped and you need to really search your way. It is divided up nicely though. Although some stuff is really high up that you have to ask for help. Sometimes it seems like a bother to ask for help. They should have ladders or stools near by for customers so they can look at the clothes on the high rack and toys on the very top shelves. Prices are a bit steep for some when they are used clothing. I think sometimes then it is better to shop at value village which is in the same plaza. Customers come into used clothing store generally when they are on a tight fixed budget and can't afford new clothing. So being more price friendly without the customer having to ask or be embarrassed to ask would help a great deal. Some prices I found it is way too high and might as well shop at a store and buy new instead. Please think about this!!!

  Horrible staff and over priced for second hand stuff. I also had a bad experience when i had brought a huge bag with clothes in really good condition. Some of them were brand new. The lady at the desk made me wait for an hour. I had no choice but wait. Then she told me that the clothes are old fashioned and also that they don't require the sizes which i had brought. In fact, the clothes were really up to the fashion and also sizes were correct. Stupid and silly people. Wasted my fare as well as the time. Never wanna see their faces again.
