OMG! HORRIBLE customer service experience with them.. specifically with store manager "Nancy Tenaglia" Put an order for a sofa a month ago with "Interior Furniture Galleries"...and the only reason I ordered thru them was the timing! ...they were the only store promising for 4 weeks delivery! 3 weeks later, I get a phone call that the manufacturer does not have enough fabric and I have to wait for another 3 week!! Silly excuse!!! but store manager promised to do her best and call back and update me..a week later, no update! I phoned the manager and that is where I really got disappointed. She used a language and a tone of voice which I do not think is appropriate to speak with a customer in panic! Will never never refer this store to anybody Please please please do not give them any business!
