  The store itself is well stocked and organized, and every time I shop at this location I have had good service, until today. An associate had made a mistake and over changed me by ten dollars; when I later realized and called I was told that the ten dollars would absolutely be refunded. Later, another associate named Melissa very rudely refused to refund the money, and then caused an uproar in the store. She screamed, and then dared us to call head office to report her. In my entire life I have never received such poor or rude customer service. Melissa has single handedly lost Danier this customer, as well as my family and another family friend who witnessed what unfolded today.

  Horrible experience. Their return policy is just ridiculous. Firstly, it is a negligible discount less 10% (slashed by 50$ on 550$ product) and the sales associate did not even mention that the sale is final and there is no refund. After couple of days when I went for a refund as I was not too happy with the product, the sales associate mentions that the sale is final and the same is mentioned in the receipt. How as a customer would I know in advance that the sale is final if they don't even let me know before paying for the product? Just horrible experience. I wish I could give a 0 star!
