  Whatever you do make sure to not buy appliances at this store, they are great with taking your money but horrible when it comes to customer service. I had to literally yell at the top of my lungs in their store to get someone to listen to what I believe was a legitimate complaint. Basically I purchased around $20K in appliances a couple of years ago, and was promised some "extras" from my sales associate. Once the appliances were delivered and financing was in place it was almost as if this promise was forgotten. When I returned to the store to make my complaint I was essentially called a liar. Until I was able to provide email proof that these "extras" were promised to me. This though isn't even the biggest complaint I have. Part of the $20K purchase was a refrigerator that was almost $5K of this amount. This fridge is a lemon and we've had nothing but issues since the day that we purchased the fridge. I called the store within the 1 year manufacturer's warranty and was told that I need to place 2 service requests before the issue could be escalated for a replacement unit. I did exactly this, but once again never heard back from or received support from the store. So now I am out of warranty, and have been dealing with the store manager for over 2 months to get something done. Surprise, surprise though, I'm being given then run around once again and it seems they once again can't help me. If you can please purchase your appliances anywhere but here, because you'll get what seems like great customer service when you're ready to spend. But when it comes to customer service after your purchase the best word I can use to describe it is appalling.
