  DO NOT GO TO THEIR AUTO SHOP. THE MECHANICS ARE RUDE, BOTCH EASY JOBS, AND CREATE DANGEROUS SITUATIONS FOR YOU. I went for my second oil change at this Canadian Tire location and the next day the car was leaking oil on my driveway. (In my first oil change experience, they even didn't reset the oil life display). I went underneath the car and it looked like the oil was dripping from the drain plug, but without hoisting the car I couldn't see properly, so I tightened it, since I couldn't take the car back to Canadian Tire for another 2 days. I took some pictures of the oil leak and when I went back and explained the situation I was immediately received by a hostile representative (Vic). Vic hoisted the car and made up some B.S story that the car was leaking transmission oil. I knew this was false, so the manager (Giovanni) came to de-escalate the situation. Giovanni said the leak was just some dirt dripping from the A/C lines, instead of the transmission line that Vic said, or from the oil leak that I saw and photographed on my driveway. At this point I lost all trust in the knowledge of these mechanics and just took my car elsewhere. But to top it all off, my windshield wiper fluid froze. I always use -35 C fluid and the last person to top up the car fluids was Canadian Tire. Did they top it up with water? This is very dangerous, I frequently drive on highways in the winter.
