    I like to shop for jewelery and have some experiences in different jewel stores small or big companies. I never seen such a poor costumer service. I went there today with a complaint of missing crystal for my little girls bracelet that she never wear yet. Its a tiny crystal so i didnt think it would be a problem to fix it without receipt (my mistake,not good at saving receipt). First of all she ignored me a very long time while putting away her items and stand beside others while the other costumers are looking at the glass because she saw me standing there with their box in my hand. After a while she had nothing left to do so she came and ask for extra fee to add the tiny crystal, i said ok fine since i couldnt find the receipt. I just want to get it done anyway. She wrote the receipt and took my information. Then she told me it takes 3 weeks. I was already annoyed with her initial poor costumer service and i didnt want to pay anything for something i didnt even use it. Probably they gave me like that coz she never used it. And 3 weeks was such a long time. I canceled it and walked away. I thought it takes max couple days. I prefer Magnolia over this cheap store that running after few bucks. Apprerantly they dont care about anything after they sold you their items. I dont understand why some businesses things their mission is done after they sell you things. I will never go back and for sure ill tell people around me to stay away. I shoped there many times but thts it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Rude rude rude!

    I had the displeasure of ordering a custom necklace from your company. Your staff ensured the necklace would be delivered before Christmas, a blatant lie. The associate Cindy at your Vaughn Mills location "phoned to check with the manager" before making this promise. There appears to be an evident disconnection with head office (if there is one, since they refuse to give you a phone number) and their kiosks. Every time I've phoned to follow up I was told the associate would check with the "manager" who appears to never be on site but my order would probably be delivered soon. Once I finally got in touch with the "manager" Danielle, she was unpleasant, rude, unwilling to help, and over all a pain to encounter. She made me feel I was wrong for following up this company's negligence. She said I should be patient because I would get it either today or tomorrow by UPS. I called UPS only to find out that they don't deliver on Sundays. When I called her again, she said my order was about to be finished and would be delivered soon, though she didn't know how. I told her I would like to pick it up so I didn't take the chance of not getting it before Christmas. She said she would get back to me. After roughly two hours without hearing from her. I called again only to find out she lied to me and the order wasn't even close to be finished. She finally admitted that it won't be ready fro Christmas. After this experience I took to viewing the unanswered reviews online. I am not in the slightest surprised at this. There does not seem to be any change or correction in the behavior of the staff, Danielle the "manager"has several negative reviews. There evidently is no customer service across the company. I feel disrespected and am disappointed I wasted a penny at this store. Thanks to them, my wife will not have a present to open on Christmas Day, the necklace serves no purpose as I will now have to find an alternate present two days before Christmas. This experience has been an inconvenience and I am thoroughly disappointed. I will advise everyone I know to stay far away from this company.

    I wish I read the reviews before I visited this place. The service at this location is atrocious. An employee by the name of Danielle was wearing a Bluetooth earpiece, which is completely unacceptable for customer service experience. She was on the phone for a good 5 mins before I was given the courtesy of a hello. The rest of my experience is not worth mentioning. I will not be recommending this location to any of my friends.
